  • Strategic advice and procedural enforcement of contractual claims arising from IT contracts (ASP, SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, IT outsourcing; IT project contracts; IT distribution contracts, provider contracts, public procurement of IT services, other contracts regarding the creation, adaptation and maintenance of hardware, software and data), taking into account the special features of cross-border contractual constellations
  • Strategic advice on legal implications of the digital development and transformation of products, services and business processes with regard to the legal requirements of data law (Data Act), IT security law (CRA, NIS-II), data protection law (GDPR, E-Privacy Directive) and e-commerce law in its broader sense (DSA, DMA, AI Act), in particular with regard to intellectual property rights and trade secrets
