  • Strategic advice and procedural enforcement of industrial property and copyright claims for patent, utility model, design patent, trademark, copyright and Unfair Competition and infringements before German (Regional Cort, Higher Regional Court, German Patent- and Trademark Office) and European (UPC, EGC, ECJ, EPO, EUIPO) courts and offices as well as the WIPO and DENIC, taking into account cross-border issues and competition law implications (SEP, BER), in particular with IT-related issues (CII; hardware and software design; domain law; copyright protection of software, databases and digital content)
  • Strategic advice and procedural enforcement of contractual, quasi-contractual and tort claims arising from IT contracts, taking into account the special features of cross-border contractual constellations (PIL, ICPL))
  • Strategic advice and procedural enforcement regarding legal positions relating to the digital development and transformation of products, services and business processes with regard to the legal requirements of data law (Data Act, DGA, Open Data Directive), IT security and Product security law (AI Act, CRA, NIS-II, PLD), in particular with regard to intellectual property rights and trade secrets
